Today, on June 17th, we held our first strategic session of the cluster! 🌟
Representatives from 18 manufacturing companies, members of TECU, participated in the event, making our meeting very rich and productive. Together, we discussed our plans for this year, thoroughly reviewed our vision for development, and set ambitious goals.
📌 Key highlights of the session:
â—Š Introduction of new cluster members: We were delighted to welcome new members to our community, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our work.
â—Š Discussion of the annual plan: We detailed our key projects and initiatives planned for this year. These include joint exhibitions, work on industrial parks, participation in regional events, and much more.
â—Š Goal setting: Every participant had the opportunity to voice their proposals and ideas for the development of the cluster. Together, we formulated specific goals that we aim to achieve in the near future.
â—Š Analysis of initial mistakes: We did not shy away from self-criticism. We openly discussed our first mistakes that arose during the work process and found effective ways to address them. This experience will make us stronger and wiser in the future.
Today’s session was an important step in the development of our community. Through joint efforts, we can more effectively tackle existing challenges and reach new heights in our activities.
