The Thermal Energy Cluster of Ukraine became a partner of the nationwide scientific and methodological seminar organized by the Educational and Scientific Institute of Energy, Automation and Energy Saving of NUBiP / NULES of Ukraine, with the support of the Digital Energy Cluster.
During the event, TKU Vice President Andrii Hevko shared the Cluster’s experience of cooperation with educational institutions. Key areas of collaboration include joint educational projects, promoting careers in the energy sector among young people, and organizing hackathons and scholarship competitions.
Such cooperation helps students better understand the needs of the industry, gain practical experience, and prepare for their future professional careers.
For Ukraine’s energy sector, partnerships between business and education provide an opportunity to build the industry’s talent pipeline and prepare professionals who will contribute to its further development.
